If eligible, you'll receive an email with a link to the New Patient Intake Form. Don't worry if you can't complete it; our nurse will assist you in Step 3.
STEP 3
Free Pre-Screening Call
One of our nurses will call you to discuss the process and schedule your doctor appointment.
STEP 4
Doctor Consultation
Attend a 20-minute telehealth consultation with an independent doctor via GreenHeart Medical.
STEP 5
Script Dispensary
Your e-script is sent instantly to Dispense Direct (or another pharmacy of your choice).
STEP 6
Patient-First Care
Our nurses will check in after your first appointment. Contact our nursing team anytime on 1300 421 597. Follow-up consultations every 6 months minimum.
