STEP 2
New Patient Intake Form
If you're eligible, you'll get an email from our booking system Halaxy with a link to the New Patient Intake Form. Don't worry if you can't find or complete the form! The nurse will help in Step 3.
STEP 3
Free Pre-Screening Call
You will receive a call from one of our nurses to discuss the process and get you booked with a doctor.
STEP 4
Doctor Consultation
Initial 20-minute telehealth consultation with an independent doctor via GreenHeart Medical.
STEP 5
Script Dispensary
E-script is sent instantly to Dispense Direct (or another pharmacy of your choice).
STEP 6
Patient-First Care
Our nurses will check in with you after your first appointment. You can contact the nursing team anytime on 1300 421 597. Follow-up telehealth consultation with doctor minimum every 6 months.
